长春一汽实业合成材料有限公司是1988年成立的长春汽车研究所合成材料厂与中国一汽集团实业公司联合建立的民营股份制企业。公司长期以来一直与长春一汽技术中心和吉林大学化学院紧密合作，共同研制开发车用非金属阻尼/粘接材料。现有阻尼板、发泡补强材料、粘性擦布、密封胶四大系列30多个产品。沥青阻尼板年生产能力可达8.5千吨，粘性擦布300万块，产品技术水平在国内处于领先地位。阻尼板曾获得七五期间国家级新产品奖、中国汽车工业发明二等奖，又与粘性擦布双获“全国星火计划新产品博览会金奖”。产品经各主机厂及中国汽车产品质量监督检验（长春）中心检测认定，达到日本丰田、日本马自达、日本大发、日本三菱、韩国现代、德国大众、德国奥迪、美国奔驰、美国克莱斯勒、法国标志和一汽集团等主机厂技术标准。
公司具有完善的质量管理体系，2004年就通过TUV的TSO/TS16949质量管理体系标准认证，2006年9月份通过中国认证中心的CCC国家强制认证。曾被一汽大众、沈阳华晨评为一级供应商，被一汽大众和一汽轿车确定为固定供应商和优秀供应商，被天津一汽丰田授予品质达成奖和鼓励奖。
公司在北京、天津、沈阳、河北、长春等地都设有办事处。为增加生产能力，减少运输成本，满足顾客缩短供货半径要求，已经在天津投资1000万元建立了天津静达合成材料有限公司和与韩国保光株式会社合资建立天津静达保光汽车零部件有限公司，2005年末投产。
Brief introduction of company
The company always closely cooperation with ChangChun FAW Technology Center and the chemical college of JILIN University, We researched and developed new nonmetal material and adhesive for vehicle. There are 4 series products that are damping sheet, foam and strengthen material, adhesive erasing cloth and seal altogether more than 30 kinds.
Now we can produce 8500tons of asphalt damping sheet, 3 million pieces of adhesive erasing cloth, the technical level ranks the leading position in china. Asphalt damping sheet was awarded the National New Product during seven-five-year period, besides that it achieved the gold prize at national Xinghuo Plan New Product Exhibition together with adhesive erasing cloth, and the magnetic asphalt damping sheet also acquired the 2nd award on automobile industry invention. Asphalt sheet’s performances meet specified criteria issued by Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Audi, Benz, Peugeot, Chrysler, FAW-respectively, after being tested and inspected by automobile manufacture by China Automobile Product Quality Supervise and Check Center.
Our company own perfect management system, It had gotten the ISO/TS16949 certificate of Gorman TUV in 2004. Our company was evaluated A grade supplier by FAW-Volkswagen, Shenyang Brilliance , the specified supplier by FAW-Volkswagen, and FAW-Car, the cheer on quality prize and quality reach to request prize by Tianjin Toyota.
Our company was established offices in Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Hebei and Changchun etc. Now, we was established Tianjing Jingda Synthetic Material Co., LTD and Tianjing Jingda Baoguang Automobile Part Co., LTD in order to increase output, satisfy the customers’ demands of shortening conveyance distance and lowering transportation cost.
